Is it really submersible?

Yes - the Drifter is IPX8 rated, meaning the main compartment is fully airtight and safe for submersion, not just splash- or rain-proof like our roll-top drybags.

Is everything on the bag waterproof?

The main compartment is fully airtight and submersible. The exterior pocket is splash-proof only - for grab-and-go items you don't mind getting a bit wet, not fully submersible gear.

Will my laptop fit?

Yes - it has a removable 16" laptop sleeve, so you can pull it out when you don't need it or want to lighten the load.

What are the attachment points for?

The bag has built-in attachment points for lashing on extra gear, but straps for using them aren't included - you'll need your own or a compatible strap.

Been hiking and commuting for many years and this is really impressive for the price (on special). Totally waterproof, a bit smaller than my carry on I was commuting with, but more spacious inside, very sturdy and comfortable. Thought I would miss having my water bottle on the outside, but it fits better inside and more streamlined.

I have one of these and it is still going strong after numerous Saltwater Fly fishing trips but I ordered one to use on my Overseas trips with my older one now dedicated to local fishing.
The Zips on these could be more Saltwater friendly but they are 100% waterproof .A very good buy at this price point.I do not think there is anything remotely close to this quality available locally for this price.
