If my cup develops stains, what can I do?

Never use bleach. To remove stains, try one of these methods. Use an all-natural cleaning tablet like Bottle Bright. Soak with a solution of white distilled vinegar and warm water (1:5 ratio) for 10 minutes, then rinse with warm soapy water.

Tips for taking care of your cups

Clean by hand with a soft sponge or soft-bristle brush and warm, soapy water. Avoid the dishwasher. For a deeper clean, use bicarbonate of soda with water. Don't place the cup in the freezer - freezing can damage the insulating properties, and vacuum insulation prevents liquid inside from cooling anyway. To carry the coldest contents, fill with cool liquid, add ice, and seal. When not in use, store without the cap/lid on.
