ORIAL OUTDOOR (PTY) LTD – TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

By placing an order with Orial Outdoor (Pty) Ltd (“Orial Outdoor”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

DEFINITIONS

“Goods” – Any physical products purchased from Orial Outdoor.
“Terms” – These Terms & Conditions.
“Website” – www.orialoutdoor.co.za and www.orialoutdoor.com
“You / Your” – The purchaser of Goods from the Website.

DISCOUNTS, SALES & PROMOTIONS

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively.
Only one discount code may be used per order.
Discount codes do not apply to bundles, upsells, or already discounted items unless stated otherwise.
Items discounted over 35% are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless defective.
Promotional offers (including “3 for 2”, free gifts, or free shipping) are subject to spend thresholds.
If a return reduces the order value below a promotional threshold, any associated benefit (including free gifts or free shipping) may be withdrawn or recalculated.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
Orders are confirmed only once dispatched, not at payment authorisation.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders prior to dispatch where errors occur (including pricing, stock, or system errors).
Free promotional items must be returned if the qualifying order value is no longer met, or their value may be deducted from any refund.

PRICE & PAYMENT

Prices include VAT where applicable.
Full payment is required before dispatch.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Goods remain the property of Orial Outdoor until paid for in full.
Risk transfers to you once delivery is completed to the address provided.
Pay-later payment options are subject to the respective provider’s terms. Disputes relating to these services may need to be raised directly with the provider in the first instance.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting support.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt, unused and in original or equivalent protective packaging.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
If a non-defective item is returned via arranged collection, return shipping fees may apply.

DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Free standard shipping applies to orders R1000 and above.
Orders below R1000 incur a R120 flat-rate shipping fee.
Orders placed before 12:00 (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) may ship the same day, excluding sale periods.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may request access to your personal data by contacting us with proof of identity.

LIABILITY

Orial Outdoor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of business or profit.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.
Faulty goods are handled in accordance with applicable warranty and consumer protection legislation.

THIRD-PARTY ORDERS

Orders placed via Takealot, Amazon, Onedayonly, or retail partners must be returned and resolved through the respective platform.

GENERAL

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without prior written consent.
